Order Cancellation by Customer:

  1. Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, you can do so easily. To cancel, simply contact our customer service team at info@promodrive.in or call us at +91 7042277019. We request that you notify us as soon as possible for prompt action.

    Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it and ensure that the order is not dispatched. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  2. After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can choose to refuse the delivery when it arrives. In such cases, once the product is returned to our warehouse, we will process a refund after deducting any applicable return shipping costs. This refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Order Cancellation by PROMODRIVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED:

While we make every effort to fulfill your order accurately and promptly, there may be situations where we need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inventory issues, pricing errors, or technical difficulties. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative product, or a full refund if the item is unavailable.

Return and Refunds:

If you cancel an order after it has been shipped and you choose to return the product, please note that the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exceptions to Cancellation Policy:
